Terms of Service
Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. Orders cannot be altered or cancelled after 5:00 pm on Tuesday. If you fail to pick up your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order. If arrangements are not made for your ordered products to be picked up, your account will be charged the total amount due.
We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product gets damaged during packing and in transit, we will issue a credit to your card on file or EBT.
NOTE: At the time of pick-up or delivery, customers are responsible for checking their food and produce order to ensure that all items are included and in good, intact condition. Please take a moment to review your order before signing or initialing to confirm receipt.
Once the order has been handed over and accepted, this indicates that your order is complete and satisfactory. The Food Hub / Mobile Market cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged produce or food items reported after the order has been received.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our producers to deliver market-grade products.
NOTE: The customer understands that since most of our farmers do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect."
