About Us
Aloha!
My name is Amber Kaholoaa, and together with my family we run a small homestead where farming and baking are at the heart of our daily life. We believe in working with our hands, caring for the land, and creating wholesome food that nourishes both body and spirit.
On the baking side, I specialize in sourdough bread. Each loaf is handcrafted in small batches using traditional fermentation methods. From rustic plain loaves to soft sandwich loaves, every bake is made with patience, love, and the goal of sharing real, nourishing bread with our community.
Alongside our baking, we grow a variety of fresh greens using hydroponic methods, including lettuce, watercress, Ong choy, and pak choi. Hydroponic growing allows us to use water efficiently and produce clean, fresh, and nutrient-rich vegetables year-round. Our family tends to every step of the process, from seed to harvest, with care and respect for the food we produce.
For us, this homestead is more than a livelihood, it is a way of life. We love what we do, and we are grateful to be able to share the fruits of our labor with others. Every loaf of bread and every bundle of greens represents not only hard work, but also the joy we find in farming, baking, and feeding our community.
Mahalo nui for supporting local food and family farmers like us.
