I began my journey at Kanemitsu Bakery about ten years ago, where I first fell in love with bread making. Eager to deepen my skills, I moved to Arizona and honed my craft at a high-end French patisserie. Now, I’m thrilled to bring all I’ve learned back home and share fresh, heartfelt loaves with my community.

I will be preparing my product at home/at my families homestead two different locations. I do possess a food handlers permit.
